Our client is hiring for Graphic Designer

The Job

Responsibilities:

- Creatives Planning & Delivery for Clients

- Understand Brief Properly

- Client Competitors Research & Industry Specific Research, & Work as per industry trends.

- Make initial Brand Guidelines for a project if not given by Client.

- Developing management skills and creative knowledge to grow into a Lead Graphic Designer and form a team of 4-5 Graphic Designers.

- Creatives Planning & Delivery

- Coordination with team & clients on monthly calendars of creatives and make a plan for delivery of creatives accordingly. Work on tight deadlines.

- Research on creatives of the same industries and make the best of all creatives as per calendar.

- Team Meetings & Coordination

- Prepare for meetings via structured research about the client, its competitors' analysis, and present digital marketing status of clients.

- Having Effective meetings with Team & Clients

- Understand the creatives & digital ecosystem of the client

- Position as the best choice for the client. Have Meetings with team for creative requirements

- Generate requirements for marketing campaigns from the team & client & also have a coordination with the team as various times there are urgent requirements of creatives So, to work on the same .

- Competitors Creative Research

- Do Competitive research of creatives and ensuring that We can create the best designs.

- Industry Specific research of different projects

- Brand Guidelines & Theme Setting

- Make initial brand guidelines for Specific projects and setting up creative themes based on the standing instructions of the client.

- If no instructions from client, then setting up theme and guidelines as per industry standards.

Management Tasks

- Build Management Skills & Team Building Skills via Creativity like Creating some creatives for Special days of a Team like Birthdays, or other special events.

- Make Creatives for special events .

- Developing skills of delegation and delivery of tasks starting from 1 person in a process-oriented way So, that same process can be followed with 4-5 graphic designers, ultimately building a team of Graphic Designers.

- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to onboarding of clients.

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required :

- You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.

- Experience in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, MS Office, Envato Elements

- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.

- This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.

- You have strong writing skills and a keen eye to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and guidelines.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
