Graphic Designer (0-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, banners, brochures, logos, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create designs that align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
- Prepare and finalize files for production (both digital and print formats).
- Stay updated with design trends and techniques to create fresh and engaging designs.
- Ensure consistency in design language and quality across all projects.
- Work with feedback from clients, stakeholders, or senior designers to improve and refine designs.
- Assist in creating visual assets for presentations, reports, and other marketing tools.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital media.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects is required.
