1. Providing print and design solutions to customers in a retail environment.
2. Creating personalized photo and print products.
3. Providing basic design and DTP services.
4. Operating digital print equipment and pre press software.
5. Interacting with customers and providing customer service and solutions that exceed the highest standards in the retail print industry.
Skills Required :
1. Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office.
2. Customer facing experience either face-to-face or on the phone (good to have).
3.Training will be provided in print technology and customer service.
