Graphhene Software - Executive - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Designation : Business Development Executive (Online Bidder-UPWORK, PPH, GURU, FREELANCE).
Job Location: Sector-62, Noida
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Generating online leads through online freelancing portal like up work, Fiverr, GURU, freelancer, etc.
- Candidate should know how to Generate business through LinkedIn.
- Generating leads for web design and development services, SEO markets
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- He/ She Should have prior experience in the Software Development Company (Mobile & Web).
- Technical Knowledge will be a value add.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager/executive
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
Education : Any Graduate or BCA in Computers, PG: MBA/PGDM in Information Technology, Marketing, MCA in Computer Science
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of strong experience in Upwork like freelancing portals. Experience in IT Industry is a must.
