Grape Services Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed International BPO outfit based out of Kolkata. We specialize in Telemarketing and customer service related functions. We offer services that include website development, Digital Marketing and SEO services majorly in United Kingdom.

We are hiring for the following Domain : Customer Service Officer (CSO) - Sales campaign (UK & US)

- UK Website Process (12pm-9pm)

- US Website process (9pm-6pm)

Accountabilities :

- The ideal candidate will need to interact with customers mainly in UK and US and manage queries via phone and email.

- S/he will further inform the customers about our website development, digital marketing and SEO services and understand the client's business needs and preferences, the services they require or if they need an upgrade to the services provided to them.

- S/he is required to clarify customer queries, resolve customer complaints timely or pass them on to the management for improving customer experience.

- Expedite corrections and adjustment to the solution and conduct subsequent follow-ups with the customer on the issue.

- Will need to maintain and update records about customer accounts in the system about his/her regular interactions with the customer(s).

- Attend training of about a week and weekly staff meetings thereafter

- Follow the given guidelines and procedures for the communication process

- Clearly communicate about the payment related methods, discounts, offers and refunds.

- Build a sustainable and trusting relationship with the customers through interactive communication and provide them with complete and accurate information on each outbound call.

- Work along with the Senior Quality Analyst to ensure overall customer satisfaction and maintain reports about the same.

- Participate in enriching customer experiences and helping them understand the benefits of digital marketing and SEO management.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Fresher/Experienced candidates both can apply

- Must have good communication skills in English (Accent not mandatory).

- Must have completed high school and must be above 18 years.
