About The Role

To help us on this journey, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for growing Gramtarang's client base in India. This is a hybrid of a sales and service role that requires a flair for meeting potential clients, strong organisational and time management skills, and an independent, positive, can-do attitude.We're looking for someone who is natural at selling, passionate about relationships, enjoys working with both internal and external partners.

Your primary focus will be to build our client base in India by leveraging prospecting and networking skills for new business development.

What You- ll Do:

- From prospect to close, you will be responsible for identifying key opportunities in your market.

- Develop market and customer intelligence, develop an approach based on client segment - this is not research role, however the ability to do quick on the fly research on clients and contacts is a must.

- Leverage prospecting and networking skills to build partnerships with businesses

- Manage inbound pipeline with outreach and qualification for the opportunities

- Clearly articulate the value of our solutions to prospects and evaluate product market fit.

- Manage contract negotiations aimed at laying the foundation of a strong commercial relationship

- Work with internal stakeholders for solution building and smoothly on-board customers to steady state.

- Work closely and cross-functionally with other teams (Marketing, Solutions) to develop acquisition and expansion strategy on key solutions and accounts.

What You- ll Need:

- 1-2 years of postgraduate work experience,with exposure to new business development role.

- Comfortable hunting new prospective clients, new lead generation and networking opportunities to help grow revenue.

- Experience in managing commercial relationships across channels seamlessly; phone, online and in-person

- Love & Passion for Sales, build instant connection with customers

- A positive, self-starter attitude and determined drive to win

- Strong presence, impressionable personality and well groomed - you will be the face of the brand
