Gram Tarang - Executive - Business Development - Mining Vertical (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with customers, partners, and prospects to understand and propose solutions

- Capable to deliver training to students and working professionals.

- Manage technical sales process for numerous customers.

- Lead the development of Technical Proposals and prepare accompanying materials.

- Interpret customer requirements; speak with customers or prospects to understand their needs and relay this information to Management.

- Perform presentations that demonstrate how products and services can benefit and meet customer or prospects needs.

- Ensure client requirements are adequately defined and recorded.

- Design and develop improvements to drive the system's & processes for client.

Desired Profile :

- Preferred candidate should be Geologist / Mining Engineer

- Should have 1-3 years of experience in mining domain (Sales & Marketing).

- Experience as a customer facing sales consultant or technical consultant supporting enterprise accounts.

- Experience in the Geovia Product suite, or other mining software is highly desirable.

- Previous experience in the planning and operation of mining engineering functions on-site.

- The ability to communicate complex solutions to a variety of customer stakeholders, from technical to non-technical.

- Skilled in preparing written communications and materials. Specifically, the creation of customer proposals, presentations, business cases and tender responses for C level audience.

- Strong command of the English & Kannada language in both verbal and written form.

- Open to travel pan India locations for long duration.

- Open to work in remote locations in North Karnataka.

- Assertive, proactive, results oriented

- Good team Player

- Strong communication and excellent presentation skills.

- Pragmatic and commercial mind set
