Gram Factory - Senior Manager - FMCG Sales - Peppertap (5-8 yrs)
Overall Obligation :
- Prior FMCG Sales Exp. highly preferred.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's Retailer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Successful performance requires :
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Design and implement sales team beat plans.
- Monitoring the sales team/retailer performance on daily/weekly and monthly bases.
- Close coordinate with category and warehouse team for best retailer experience.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
- Open and build new territories as per company growth plan.
