The Candidate will be part of the Sales Team engaging in the sale of units from projects of The Goyal Group and Wedevelopment.

- Responsible for sale of residential and commercial units for different projects assigned

- Responsible for ideating and executing different activities towards generating leads and managing brokers, ensuring the requisite footfalls to the respective projects are achieved

- Responsible for project sales office management at project site including brand management, customer engagement, closing and other sales processes

- Overviewing and supporting the CRM team in the after sales processes including, loans and collections.

- Coordinating with the Marketing team for different customer engagement and branding activities wherever required as a part of the project.

- Managing customer and broker data, sales documents, generating reports and MIS

The Candidate may have to work from HO or from the Project Site.

Candidate Profile :

- 5 years experience in real estate sales 

- Fluency in English & Hindi required 

- Excellent verbal communication skills 

- Ability to make presentations, address medium sized groups, hold consultative discussions 

- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions 

- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service 

- Ability to connect with customers of different age groups and communities 

 - Willing to work weekends, and holidays

Reporting to: VP Sales and Marketing Annual CTC: 5 to 9 Lakhs
