Assistant Manager/Manager - Consumer Growth (Home Delivery Platform)


Govindah Nutrition Pvt Ltd is an upcoming dairy products company started by IIT Alumni focusing on building a mass premium milk brand in central India with launch of liquid milk as well as value added milk products like dahi, lassi, chach, paneer, milk shakes, yoghurt and ghee.

Company is establishing a direct to home delivery channel for milk and dairy products supply to consumer homes by launching an internet based consumer & distribution platform to manage demand, delivery & collection for liquid milk and other dairy products. This service will be offered by the company in Indore & Bhopal city market

Work Profile :

1. Responsible for acquiring residential customer base via door to door team, community local events, campaigns etc

2. Responsible for mapping market, consumer demand, current home delivery volume & potential demand

3. Developing sales targets & plan based on market assessment, generating customer acquisition as per targeted plan

4. Responsible for identifying and onboarding delivery agents to work with the company in identified residential areas to handle consumer delivery & collection

5. Responsible for hiring & training door to door team, conducting events & campaigns to acquire & onboard consumers

6. Will be measured on trials generated, conversion rate, no of customers onboarded, drop rate and customer acquisition cost

Experience :

1. Should have worked in similar role in acquiring & onboarding consumers in internet based consumer companies, financial services, telecom for min 5-10 years

2. Should have strong experience in handling sales & marketing for direct consumer based companies

3. Should have experience in building sales & delivery operations from scratch for similar direct consumer sales & delivery oriented firms

4. Expertise in designing & executing innovative & low cost hyper local marketing activities & promotion campaigns to achieve customer acquisition growth would be highly valued
