Roles & Responsibilities :

- Suspects, prospects and generates new sales leads from Corporate Clients or Government Department for IT Services, Digital Marketing, Manpower, Payroll, website, Survey, Trainings, Events, Software development etc

- Responsible for an end to end sales process which involves; lead generation, cold calling, meeting clients, prospecting, customer on boarding, and finally overseeing excellent after sales services and handling team

- Generating qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market. Implementing lead generation strategies.

- Execute the B2B and B2C sales strategy, heading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, to meet the sales targets for the designated portfolio.

- Meet prospective clients, execute effective service demonstrations, emphasizing service features and benefits with focus on the value of service.

- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.

- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

- Explore and target new business leads and opportunities in Governments.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Adept at business communication, prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations and sales demos, social media and social selling.

- Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications

- Generating sales funnel for various services/ products offered by the company using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company unique selling proposition and differentiators in Prospects in Corporates . or in the Government sector.

- Mapping clients requirements and providing them with customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and documents

- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of projects

- Meet the annual sales target and involvement in actual revenue realization.
