About the Company : Gourmet Garden is a Series A funded fresh fruits, vegetables, and food essentials D2C start-up based out of Bangalore. We are leading the front in making zero contamination food essentials more accessible to customers who want truly the best. With our unique full-stack model, we own all touchpoints of the value chain - from growing fresh produce via our patented naturoponic and hydroponic techniques in our farms to ensuring sustainability and safety in packaging, supply chain - all the way up to offering door-step delivery.

Opening : We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and ambitious Brand Marketing professional who can contribute to the next phase of digital growth for an clutter-breaking early-stage start-up. The ideal candidate would be a multi-tasker, be excited by problem-solving and have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables. Prepare reports on marketing metrics

- Collect and analyse consumer behaviour data

- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities

- Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print communication

- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media

- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative

- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns

Qualification

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

- MBA Preferred (not compulsory)

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing / brand management

- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers

- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

- Strong project management skills
