Position Summary :

- VoiceRoy Digital is seeking an International Sales Manager to build the sales pipeline for our language localization business in international markets. The primary focus will be on broadcasters, streaming companies, production companies, entertainment distributors, and advertising companies. The role also involves targeting international companies looking to localize their media with context. The manager will handle services such as transcription, translation, and dubbing in Indian languages as well as major global languages.

Day to day activities :

- Set up email campaigns

- Conduct sales calls with potential clients

- Follow up with clients to close the deal (50% of the sales is follow up)

- Manage the sales process on a CRM

- Upsell to existing clients

- Travel to client offices (outbound sales role)

- Engage in phone calls and WhatsApp communication

Role Type :

- This is a team role. The International Sales Manager will be the first salesperson in the team but will work closely with the business head and founders for sales.

Team Management :

- There won't be any team management in 2023. The role may involve managing interns.

Goals :

- First 30 Days : Reach negotiation stage with a minimum of 50 potential clients, secure business from a minimum of 15 clients, with each client generating a minimum revenue of INR 5 Lakhs.

- First 90 Days : Reach negotiation stage with a minimum of 100 clients, secure business from a minimum of 40 clients (new or recurring), with a revenue target of 5 crores.

- 12 Months : Build a negotiation pipeline of approximately 100 clients, close business from 50 clients (new and recurring), with a revenue target of 12 crores.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

- Experience with email campaign tools

- Experience in selling B2B solutions to international companies

- Experience in B2B enterprise sales

- Experience in selling ticket sizes ranging from 5 Lakhs to 2 crores

- Familiarity with international cultures, able to engage in small talk with international individuals
