Responsibilities:-

- Expert in Lead Qualification, Prospecting, Lead Conversion, Solution, Closure Sales (End to End Sales Process)

- Have hands-on experience in cold calling, lead qualification and management.

- Lead generation activities in India and Overseas market

- Follow up on incoming leads. Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close the deals.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts

- Work closely with our Business Head to develop lead generation strategies to generate current and prospective opportunities with clients

- Submit monthly sales forecasts and pipelines.

- Generate & exceed Revenue targets, number of calls per day, number of appointments per week/month/quarter.

- Day-to-day duties on generating leads

- Developing quotes and proposals.

- Pitching products and/or services

- Create presentations and proposals

- Maintaining client relationships with existing customers.

Requirements

- MBA preferred

- 3 - 6 years of full time corporate sales experience (IT Consulting)

- Must be target oriented and aggressive in business development, with out of the box thinking

- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Independent thought and action. Ability to decide and priorities.

- Self-motivated, confident, and have positive attitude.
