- We are looking for a world-class team to build and scale our startup to reach several million workers by 2025. This role at Good Worker provides a unique opportunity for a high performing individual to have broad impact. You will work closely with a talented and diverse group of engineers, product managers and industry experts.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- As GoodWorker continues to expand beyond our core business of job fulfillment, we are creating a Digital Learning Community focused on capability building for blue and grey collar workers.

- The content team will be responsible for coordinating the production of different kinds of learning content that will engage audiences and improve their chances of landing a job, getting a promotion or even improving their quality of life.

- While GoodWorker will take a lead in getting the content created initially, the focus will be on nurturing and developing external content creators to make the platform scale. In future, content could include short courses and certifications too.

- The Content Management Team is responsible for working with creators in organizing, categorizing and publishing content using specific tools and channels. They will also closely monitor the track of content being procured, abreast managing the quality, breadth and depth of content.

- The Content Moderation Team also focuses on reviewing content and making judgments as to whether reviewed content is devoid of any violation of our terms of services, they will review content that may be sensitive in nature, and they will also ensure if any piece of content is in violation of the client's terms of services which should be accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner.

We are looking for individuals with 1-2 years of experience who have the following skill-sets :

- Flair and passion for curating, moderating and improving content

- Adaptable and flexible

- Ability to perform under pressure

- Problem-solving skills

- Detail orientation

- Ability to establish strong client relationships with content creators as well as helping them create more engaging content

What do we expect from you?

- You will be an individual contributor as a part of team, with a predetermined focused scope of work

- You will need to be well versed with basic data analysis in MS Excel / Google spreadsheets and use it while discussing content performance with stakeholders

- You will be expected to perform the daily tasks diligently

- You will be required to help in balancing the overall team's workload alongside managing your own deliverables
