- Noise is looking for a smart, metrics, and results-oriented Search and Display Marketing Executive who will be instrumental in improving customer experience and growing our business. The marketing executive will be effectively responsible for Google Ads through and through.

- He/she will plan, create and analyze metrics dashboards following traffic, ROAS, click through rates, conversion, adoption, and other web metrics. He/she will report on performance and action plans to the management team; will propose, plan and execute new campaigns and growth hacks, partnering with marketing and category teams to achieve goals.

- He/she will help drive feature launches and brand page improvements to completion by coordinating with category managers, developers, designers, and peers across the organization.

- The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, set direction, and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills in English, this Google Marketing Executive will prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be creative, self motivated, have strong interest in Google Ads with at least 2-3 years of experience.

Your Will be's :

1. Strategizing and executing the Google Ads marketing plan for all product lines.

2. This includes campaign planning-execution-optimization of different types of Google Ads i.e. Search Ads, Display Ads, retargeting, Discovery Ads, and YouTube Ads.

3. Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on customer behavior including searching, browsing, and purchasing.

4. Developing promotions and excellence in execution to maximize ROI.

5. Creating and optimizing category pages, brand stores, campaigns, and developing and managing free search improvement projects.

6. Developing, testing and analyzing new tactics to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the organization

7. Analyzing competitors data and search terms and creating cross competitor specific campaigns on Google.

Required Skills :

1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize

3. Desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

4. Ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions

5. Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to produce results in a fast paced environment

6. Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include Excel and Advanced reporting tools.

The Ideal "Noisemaker :

- Passion for search & internet marketing and number crunching.

- Experience of 2-3 years in Google Ads for ecommerce.

- Have managed a budget of at least 50 lac per month

- Prior experience in handling Facebook, Amazon and other marketing channels will be a add on.

- Prior experience in a campaign management role is preferable

- Prior work experience is mandatory. Relevant experience in retail, marketing or communications will be preferred.
