Job description

We are looking for Inside Sales professionals in a business domain. The person will be working among the highly motivated and passionate team.

Key Tasks

1. Qualify sales lead in line with target customer criteria.

2. Generate and fix suitable appointments per month for Business Development Managers / Partners.

3. Contact new prospect accounts per week.

4. Establish new relationships by researching, adding and developing new clients.

5. Maintain existing client relationships, in particular, those which are not actively visited by field sales personnel.

6. Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained.

7. Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date. Identify past prospects due to following up calls.

8. Use CRM extensively for prospects records to update and maintain.

9. Log all calls and monitor success rates.

10. Produce regular reports on activity levels \ Follow-up specific marketing campaigns Work with field sales/partners to support them in achieving sales objectives.

11. Present our product in an accurate and positive manner on the phone.

12. Send out company information to potential accounts when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

1. Intelligent and quick-witted, able to rapidly assimilate new products and services.

2. Fluent English.

3. Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills.

4. Professional phone manner with a consultative approach and tone of voice\ Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks.

5. Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis.

6. Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.

7. Interpersonal skills to work with staff across the whole company.

8. Experience of working with contact databases (CRM systems).

Desirable

1. Engineering Graduate level education or equivalent.

2. 6 Months -3 Years' relevant experience in B2B Sales.
