Job Description : 

Content Writers generally focus on either scientific medical writing, which includes medical studies, drug trials, and regulatory documents, or marketing medical writing, which includes news releases and advertising copy for a wider audience. The primary employers of medical writers are hospitals, academic institutions, and pharmaceutical companies.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Research and Understand Requirements

- Write, Review and Edit Marketing Healthcare Writing

- Meet Standards and Requirements

- Development and delivery of high-quality content and communication material as per the guidelines and timeframe.

- Need to check content for accuracy and ensure that it complies with copyright and privacy regulations.

- Research on the latest industry trends.

- End to end project execution and delivery.

- Source and create stories from abstract ideas to generate a universal appeal amongst the target audience

- Write, edit and proofread content for communication materials, press releases, newsletter, articles, blogs, brochures, research papers, presentations, etc. and obtain all necessary functional, executive approvals for the same

- Brainstorming and writing engaging blogs, The content writer should know the target audience and write content to engage and draw visitors accordingly.

- News ideas or manage the company social media platforms and devising strategy for further improvement.

- Work with team members to enhance content pieces.

- Comfortable working under timelines and a goal-based approach.

Skills :

- Graduate/PG from any stream with minimum 1-3 years- experience into content writing.

- Extensive knowledge of English grammar with a familiarity with a standard style guide

- Familiarity with the principles of healthcare research

- Ability to interpret and present healthcare data and other complex information

- Strong communication skills and a flair for generating ideas and creative solutions.

- Passionate and keen to create good content.

- Enthusiastic to learn new things and be updated about trends in the healthcare industry.

- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.

- Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines.

- Focus on the solutions and not on the problems.

- Strong on the relationship building and networking skills.

- Great attitude, high motivation and a passion for growth.
