Job title : Cluster Head- Delhi NCR

Massive Mobility :

- Looking for cluster heads who can drive/evangelize EV adoption in Delhi NCR by engagement with RWAs, Office building clusters, IT parks, local markets.

- We are looking for dynamic team players who can handle end to end execution of bringing EV experience to the masses.

- You will be an ideal candidate if you have BTL experience and have engaged with RWAs / Office building owners, IT Parks, local markets and have worked in similar capacities in your previous organization.

- Founded in 2019, Massive Mobility is building the next stack of technologies to drive the adoption of EVs (electric vehicles) faster in India and works with leading EV and charging OEMs to bring best of class EV experience to end users in retail / commercial EV ecosystem.

As a team leader, you will be :

- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationship with residential societies, Corporates Basements/Tech Parks, municipal parking, office buildings, etc.

- Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.

- Manage end to end BTL campaigns to create visibility among target group

- Train, coach, and monitor team to ensure operational excellence & service delivery objectives are met.

You will succeed in this role, if you are :

- Already have existing relationship with RWAs / Office building owners, IT Parks, local markets in a given market ( Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Jaipur etc)

- Should have 4-6 years of experience in on ground engagement with RWAs / Office building clusters or running BTL operations

- Detail oriented with hands on approach for operational execution of a project from end-to-end.

- Hustler, who can handle people and processes well to ensure end-objective is achieved at minimum cost and time.

- Graduate/postgraduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in hands-on operations role.
