Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong first principles, loves picking up new skills & in addition to digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently handle and grow international accounts with monthly advertising spends ranging from $1,000 to $10,000. Clients may include both e-commerce stores, focusing on conversions, or hyperlocal businesses, concentrating on lead generation.

- Continuously evaluate the workflow and start creating productizable playbooks for different niches. This feedback will be instrumental in the development of the product we are building. Over time, the role will evolve to become more product-oriented.

- Collaborate with the founders to also run Performance Marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers for Marble

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably at top agencies such as Sokrati, Performics, or Dentsu.

- Experience in handling international accounts, ideally on an independent basis.

- Strong understanding of all aspects of performance marketing, including Facebook/Instagram ads and SEM. Willingness to learn and adapt to other platforms such as TikTok, Snapdeal, and Pinterest.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for informed decision-making.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
