Job Description

We have openings for Business Development Manager - (Corporate Sales)

Qualification - MBA / PGD

Experience: 5 - 7 years in Corporate Sales (B2B/Enterprise Sales), of which at least 3-4 years should be in the IT product sales (must). Experience in selling HR tech products/Solutions will be added advantage.

CTC offered : As per relevant experience and Industry standard

Job Description:

- Manage the sales activities for our Assessment and Survey Solutions in given geographies, including partner development, business development and implementation, and ensure the company's annual sales targets for the region is met

- Lead customer acquisition by generating leads through demand generation teams, providing online / in-person demonstrations to those leads and organizing pilots and demos to prospective clients

- Use existing relationships to grow business to new clients and current accounts by meeting the right person in HR / L&D departments, CHRO, CXOs of the company.

- Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients

- Responsible for maintaining good relation with existing clients and cross selling and client mining.

- Maintaining full life cycle of sales process from prospecting to closure to achieve sales goals independently

- Help in developing sales and marcom material, including websites, promotional material, concept and case study docs, etc.

- Maintain the status of all prospects on daily/weekly/monthly basis and submit it to the management.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must have in-depth working hands-on and knowledge of IT Products selling specially from HR Tech Space.

- Should have the capability to critically analyse the needs of client

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team building capabilities, good coordination with project execution teams and client.

- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.

- Should be able to develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms.

- Working closely with other teams/departments to develop new business.

- Participating and representing the company at corporate/networking events.
