Job Location - Andheri East (Mumbai)
Experience required - 1 to 2 years
CTC can be offered upto 20,000 - 25,000 per month
Roles and responsibilities :
- To develop sales promotion strategies in association with the business vertical teams to ensure sufficient footfall and brand visibility as defined in the budget.
- To ensure timely execution of strategies as per the media plan set in the budget.
- To identify cost effective media channels and negotiation with them.
- To brief the Visualizer / Graphic Designer in developing advertising, branding and sales promotion designs and ensure timely execution.
- To act as a link between Gold's Gym and other renowned brands to support promotions, tie-ups, events and sponsorships.
- Responsible for all ALT & BTL activities for company owned gyms and sub franchise gyms.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and organizing events.
- To come up with innovative ideas to increase brand visibility and promote buddy referrals and in gym activities.
- To integrate with associated marketing agency and insure that deliverables are fulfilled.
- Development of association that are beneficial to the brand and can improve lead generation
- To ensure that the advertising material as per the annual advertising calendar are sent to the business vertical teams and are guided to ensure uniformity in the marketing plan. The advertising material to reach all gym teams 15 days before the actual execution date.
