GoFlySmart - Sales Role (0-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify potential B2B clients and proactively approach them to establish partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's flight ticket offerings and value propositions.
Sales and Revenue Generation :
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling flight tickets to B2B clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitable partnerships.
- Provide pricing information, product details, and any other required information to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and regulatory changes that may impact sales.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer support and operations, to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports, including revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and client performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
Job Role Requirements :
- Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of flight ticketing systems and industry regulations is a plus.
