GoFlySmart - Customer Sales Associate (0-8 yrs)
Key Job Responsibilities :
Sales and Customer Acquisition :
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to individual customers (B2C).
- Proactively engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages.
- Provide detailed information about package inclusions, itineraries, pricing, and any other relevant details to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Customer Service and Relationship Management :
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle post-sales services, including booking modifications, itinerary changes, and additional requests.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other related aspects.
Product Knowledge and Promotion :
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's domestic and international travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and other relevant information.
- Actively promote new packages, special offers, and seasonal deals to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, social media content, and website updates.
Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and bookings using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including revenue analysis, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management for enhancing the sales process, product offerings, and customer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the travel industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visa regulations, and travel insurance.
- Familiarity with popular travel booking platforms and online travel agencies.
- Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
