Godrej Properties - Executive - Marketing (2-7 yrs)

1) Strategy & Planning :

Prepares and proposes the annual media plan for the region that includes the activities to be undertaken, spend on various activities viz. brand building, outdoor hoardings, print Ads, new media and approximate timelines.; Drives approval of media plan with HO/ regional head; Ensures the execution of the marketing plan of (existing and new projects) as per timelines and to generate foot falls

2) Brand Building :

Identifies customer touch-points; Works to build customer engagements, channel partner engagements, retail partner activities, etc. through organizing promotional activities (art shows, corporate event - golf) and campaigns (activities in malls, hoardings, print ads in newspaper and magazines etc); Seeks feedback from customers / sales to ensure that marketing efforts are channelized well.

3) Vendor Management :

Identifies vendors for execution of marketing plan (media partners apart from Times group)in accordance with company guidelines; Negotiates rates and term and conditions of services 


- Recommends the vendor empanelment process


- Coordinates with them to ensure smooth execution as per timelines; Ensures timely payment of vendor bills within the stipulated period

4) Marketing Collaterals : 

Provides inputs to HO on the - Creatives- to ensure regional appeal; Coordinates with HO for timely availability of collaterals; Ensures all marketing collaterals & other print campaigns are accurate as per defined specifications viz. layouts, brand colour & - specifics-, language etc.

5) MIS Reports :

Prepares an ROI tracker (number of leads generated) basis the amount spent on a weekly / fortnightly basis; Collates data (after promotional events / walk-ins at various touch points) for appropriate profiling of customers (Shared with HO and Sales & Marketing team)
