Gobull Technology - Executive - Customer Service Operations (0-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve Customer queries and deliver the best resolution to our customers via Email & Calling.
- Responsible for handling the Withdrawal Operations & Product Operations in the given TAT.
- In-bound and Out-bound Calling & Emailing.
- Treat Customers in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
- Understand the Product in and out to be able to resolve queries with high efficiency.
Suggest changes to the current guidelines and processes to serve the Customers better.
- Create Reports for the Withdrawal and Product Operations.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in the Calling, Emailing, and other Customer Operations.
- Candidates must have fluency in Telugu, Hindi & English. Candidates with additional knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam will be preferred.
- Experience in Real Money Games will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS-Excel or other reporting tools.
