We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the drive to succeed, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell insurance products (Health, Term, Mutual Funds, etc.).

- Utilize strong communication skills in English and Hindi to build rapport and close sales.

- Attend to both fresh leads and existing customer inquiries.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in telesales or insurance (For health, term & MF callers, relevant experience is required). Freshers can also apply.

- Candidates with an international BPO background will be considered, weighing pros and cons.

- Demonstrated stability with at least 1 year in previous jobs; minimal job changes in the last 3 years.

- Minimum of 55% in HSC, SSC, and Graduation (wherever applicable).

- Avoid candidates from Policy Bazaar, Cover Fox, and Turtle Mint.

- Candidates with below 80% score in IQ & math will not be considered.

Age between 20 - 30 years.

Location preference: Central & Harbour areas.

- Package hike over the previous salary, depending on the interview and experience.
