GM - Tiles Sales - Building Materials (7-15 yrs)

We have few very urgent position in one of the best and established brand in building material organization :

Position : GM - Sales ( Tiles ) - AP & Telangana

Reportees : Area Sales Managers, Regional Marketing Head and Logistics Manager as direct reportees.

Location : Hyderabad

Ctc : 12 lac to 15 lac ( fixed ) + incentives, depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Job Responsibilities :

- Handling Trade and Trade Project Sales of AP and Telangana. Having rich experience in exploring and developing new markets, dealers, accelerating growth & achieving desired sales goals.

- Responsible for business development, Channel Network expansion,channel management, development of Institutional sales, credit management, product launches etc.

- Team - Area Sales Managers, Regional Marketing Head and Logistics Manager as direct reportees.

- Handling overall activities of the State, Credit control, Key account management and Sales forecast & Warehouse profitability's.

- Responsible for formulating sales strategy for generating primary and secondary sales and to maintain product mix level growths in line with the company objective.

- Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of brand-wise / town-wise / Channel wise distribution targets to meet the objective.

- Responsible for branch product wise forecast for the month and analyzing on degrowing products and making strategy to balance the category market shares vs market potentials.

Requirements :

Industry : Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles. All Building Materials ( Paints, Construction chemicals, Tiles, Ceramics, Piping, Steel, PVC, Doors, Windows, Sanitary ware, Plywwod & Laminates etc etc ) which includes Lighting industry as well.

Should have knowledge of assigned territory / market .
