Profile:- GM Sales : Medical Devices / Hospitals
Salary :- 18 CTC. + 10 years experience in Medical Device servicing
Responsibilities:
1. Achievement of sales targets and growth objectives
2. Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programmes to increase consumer base
3. Collections/Management of accounts receivables
4. Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning /control
5. Control attrition and build a motivated and committed sales team with a culture of achievement orientation, recognition, and reward
6. Determine price schedules and discount rates.
7. Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.
