Job Title : Sales Head-Fertilizers/Agrochemicals (GM/DGM)

Direct Reporting to : Business Unit Manager-Agri Business

Job Location : Delhi/NCR

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for Sales & Marketing of Fertilizers/Agrochemicals in existing & expanding to new geographies with cost effective operations to achieve budgeted volumes & Profits. Liasion with state government & research institutes to maintain statutory compliance and new product development. Enhancing distribution network & logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Achieving monthly/annual targets of Volume & collections.

- Cost effective operations to achieve Profitability & ensuring credit policy.

- Motivate and develop Team to drive for results.

- Effective channel Management for product reach and timely availability to the customers

- Active participation in Brand building & product promotions

- Ensuring statutory compliance-Licenses & Subsidy related activities.

- Identifying and developing new products & services.

- Effective Market intelligence on competition, Products & crop segments.

- Ensure effective co-ordination with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR

Key Performance Indicators :

Achieve targeted Volumes & Collection monthly by proper forecasting & planning.

- To be within the Budgeted cost for achieving profitability.

- Expand Channel network in strategic locations & achieve the numbers monthly.

- Plan and execute promotional activities monthly for brand building.

- Supervise and develop sales & marketing team in skills & competencies for delivering results.

- Identify the training needs of team to instil technological changes.

Qualifications, Certifications And Experience :

Experience :

Minimum Qualifications : B.SC - Agriculture

Specific Experience : Agri inputs

Overall experience : 15 Years
