- As a product manager, you will be handling a chemotherapy product portfolio which will entail end-to-end supervision, strategy, execution of product launches, sales follow-ups, and completion of targets. You will be working with different stakeholders from sales teams all over India to the production team at the plant in Hyderabad, to marketing and logistic teams here in Delhi's head office. This is an exciting role as one will get to learn and grow as well as use their own competence and expertise in the file of oncology.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

1. Brand Management for the assigned product portfolio.

2. Develop scientific write-ups and design LBL, visual aids, and other print materials.

3. Prepare creative and feasible brand performance strategies, activities, and field implementation tactics.

4. Connect with field sales employees for smooth execution of planned strategies, and feedback on self and competitor products and market trends.

5. Self-initiator in exploring possibilities of new product launches

6. Good scientific knowledge about human anatomy and relevant therapy segment.

7. Provide feedback regarding competitor's activities and other relevant developments to the sales leadership

10. Conduct CME, PEP, and other relevant activities as and when necessary after obtaining appropriate approvals from superiors

11. Field working & Travel Openness (Upto 25%)

12. Look for new research papers, marketing strategies, knowledge sessions, and events and participate in the same to help enhance team knowledge and keep up with industry trends

13. Lead a team of interns

14 Needs to be thorough with basic pharma technical knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- B. Pharm or B. Sc has 2-7 years of relevant experience in Pharma PMT profile.

- Candidates with MBA -Marketing/M.PHARMA will be preferred

- Immediate hiring
