GlocalBazaar - Business Executive - eCommerce (0-1 yrs)
This position is responsible for Seller Account and Relationship Management. The candidate is also responsible for ensuring appropriate operations and sales processes are followed and highest levels of controls, and compliance are adhered while managing the end to end seller operations cycle.
The duties and responsibilities of this position includes but not limited to:
- Seller Authentication Verification
- Seller Store Creation and Catalog Management
- Work with designers to edit images as per defined guidelines and add to respective seller account and product
- Work with marketing and buyer acquisition team ensuring seller generates orders and RFQs
- Work with Finance and Commercial Team to ensure Seller payments are released on time
- Ensure revenue generation through up-sell as per targets
- Seller Issues Management, by working with Support Team
