Position : Business Development Manager

(For min. 2 year to 5 years only & this is an individual contributor role as well as managing a team of FOS, includes weekend working & Monday being fixed off.)

Preferable to have :

- 2-5 yrs of experience in sales & business development in the applying city, preferably in sales.

- Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

- A go-getter and should have the ability to work independently, able to build a network and generate business.

- Personable, communicative and someone who can build a rapport with all levels of an organization.

- Humble, not tied to hierarchy and is comfortable in an unstructured environment.

- Creative, passionate about being a part of the early-stage Company and eager to grow with the company.

- Would not think of the role as another job.

Main Activities :

- We, at Globoapps are looking for a young Business Development Manager who would be responsible for growing Globoapps business in their respective regions.

- She/he will be responsible to generate project leads by scouting, references, procuring databases, etc, develop strategic alliances with real estate builders, channel partners/Facility Management Agencies, Brokers and HNIs.

- She/ he would be responsible for setting up meetings, showcasing the live demo of the product and thereafter getting the cheque from the client.

- Folks with considerable experience in Sales and Business Development preferably in IT/Technology will be preferable.

- Anyone with a knack for startups or belonging to startup background will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Building Sales Funnel (Generating Leads) - The BDM should get the right contacts of residential complex byways of Scouting - Visiting Apartment complex and meeting the Facility Managers /Residents, Procuring Databases- Online & Offline, Builders, Brokers etc

2. Fix meetings - The BDM will be responsible for arranging meetings for Globoapps Application demo and discussion. The meeting should be fixed at a convenient time suggested by the client. Unless necessary, do not ask the potential client to change the day/time. Here are a few examples of the right individuals for meetings:

- A resident who is keen to know about Globoapps Application and will connect you to Association members.

- Member of Association.

- Facility Manager who will then connect you to Association members

- Key decision maker in an RWA.

- Builders & Real Estate Companies who are running the MC's at new apartments

3. Product Demo - The BDM should be well versed with the entire product suite to conduct a face to face demo session.

4. Follow up and Relationship Building - The BDM should try to build a very good relationship with the decision makers of the management committee, also needs to be in constant touch with the MC, so that they do not lose interest in the offering until the deal is finalized.
