Globesecure - Manager - Business Development (5-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the accounts starting from lead generation to payment collection in the Enterprise Segment
- Developing new corporate clients and establishing long-term relations with them
- Providing End-to-end IT solutions in the field of Network and Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud services.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Understanding the client's nature of business, organization, technology, products, and domain.
- Conceptualizing and executing strategy and market plans for increased sales growth and business development.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quota.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (including C-level) in the account.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should be a Graduate from a reputed institute. MBA (preferable)
- Should have 5-7 years of proven experience in IT Sales B2B
- Experience in maintaining relationships with CXO levels.
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Should be a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
