Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Should have experience in the packaged drinking water industry

- Achieving city sales targets as per the annual sales plan

- Building business for Saachi in the hospitality sector i.e. hotels, cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, caterers, canteens, pubs, restaurants, lounges, etc.

- Strive to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives

- The ability to penetrate high-end orders - marriages, events, cricket matches, conferences, seminars, corporate events, etc.

- Setting sales targets for individual reps & the team as a whole

- Allocating areas to sales representatives

- Monitoring your team's performance & motivating them to reach targets

- Taking responsibility for the team's performance

Mandatory Requirements : 

- Track record of achieving sales quotas

- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel

- Understanding of sales performance metrics

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
