About the Company: GlobalShiksha is an Accel Partners funded company. We provide supplementary education products from LKG to class 12th. Our target segment is parents of India. We also have an app called educhat which tried to bring parents and teachers together. Our customer base is more than 3 lakh parents and counting. Responsibilities and Duties

- Making sure that the sales representatives are meeting and exceeding the target.

- Customer Relationship building and networking.

- Direct Selling of our range of product to customers via tele-calling and ability to lead, motivate and train the team to achieve sales targets.

- Should assist management in the hiring processes and new team member training.

- Answer team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance

- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members

- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

- Support team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office.
 
Qualifications and Skills :

- Candidate should have previous work experience in BPO/outbound sales and should have experience in team management.

- Candidate should possess excellent convincing and negotiation skills.

- Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle.

- Consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

- Should have B2C experience.
