Global Pre-sales Leader - Research & Analysis Services (15-20 yrs)

ROLE :

This role is for an ambitious Leader with strong customer facing skills for the R&A business. A leader wanting to take his/her game to the next level in terms of leading a business function - in sum a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Details of the role are as follows:-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. As a strategic member of the Leadership team will be responsible for contributing to visioning and positioning of Research and Analytics Practice and Business .

2. Will be responsible to conceptualize solutions, services,process models, productized offerings their go to market

3. Will be responsible for closely supporting geo sales team, sales achievement and related aspects of putting together a best in class team for the same and it management.

4. Lead the overall growth of business through active business development as well as continuous growth of existing accounts.

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF ROLE:

1. Develop strong customer relationships and relentlessly focus on meeting the customers evolving needs. Constantly seek to understand their most critical issues and develop creative approaches to providing market insights.

2. Lead, influence and motivate the team towards company objectives while at the same time possess a consultative approach with regard to identifying client issues and managing and delivering solutions.

3. Work with current and prospective client companies to define, project needs, customer proposals, contract negotiation, and provide leadership to maintain ongoing good client communications and relations vis--vis internal client/project teams.

4. Provide thought leadership and innovation. Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive landscape by maintaining relationships with peers in the sector and participating in external meetings and conferences.

5. Foster seamless internal communication and strong collaboration with all teams (e.g., market research, product management, other professional services teams, IT, etc.) and present a unified, customer-focused face to the client.

6. Focus on expanding the depth of business with existing customers and expanding our service offering to new customers.

7. Motivate, hire, develop, and retain an exceptionally talented professional team.

8. Strengthen and build the intellectual property position by monitoring the market for competitors as they relate to current and future initiatives.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

1. Should possess experience in the region of 15 years plus, of which at the 3 years should have been in a significant leadership position involved with building and scaling services practice preferably for a KPO firm.

2. Should have knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following domains - Pharma Market Research/Primary Market Research / Secondary Market Research / Analytics/Business Research. Expertise in a domain(s) like pharma, would be a plus.

3. Experience in building and scaling teams would be a significant advantage
