Global PayEX - Key Account Manager (4-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities of Account Manager :
- Planning a client onboarding tracker (Clients, CRM and Operation Lead)
- Liaison with CRM, Tech team and client for test and transactions with an initial set of pilot dealers
- Planning sales training across different location and reporting the same (CRM, Client, and Operation Lead)
- Ensuring the defined SOPs is followed with client
- Connect with operation manager and operation executive on regular intervals - (to handle the issues where immediate attention is required)
- Train operation executive, manager and calling agents - Business config, policies of the accounts
- Review the MIS sent by operation manager
- Send the MIS to a client on the defined interval (Reporting the growth on Mandates acquisition, transacting dealers, etc)
