Customer Support Executive/Telecaller Outbound Calling/Non Voice ( Location: Palava City near Dombivli)
Job Description :
- Inbound calls, outbound calls and email support
- Connect with the end customers and guide them about the product
- Be the first point of contact for the end customers and Client's sales team
- Provide support to the customers of multiple clients
- Connect with the client's sales team as and when required and resolve their queries
- Keeping a track of all the queries/issues raised over phone calls and emails
- Ticket creation for the issues raised by the customers
- Co-ordinate with the internal team on the tickets raised and updating the customers accordingly
- Basic excel knowledge
- Willing to work in a day shift
- Following the escalation matrix and the SLA
