Urgently hiring for a female candidate to Calling, update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. ideal candidate should have essential calling skills, data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with MS Office.
- Reach out to existing/new and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
- Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Requirements :
- Candidate should have fluent in English.
- Graduate with 0 - 2 years of experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
- Data entry skills and Telephone skills.
- Night Shift, Pick & Drop Facility available.
