Brief Description: 

The position of call center agent (inbound & outbound) consists of being the first line of contact for users with Road Side Assistance/Medical Assistance/Health Assistance. We are searching for a polite, professional call center representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service by answering questions, handling complaints. The call center representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each customer.

Position Name: - Executive Operations

Job Profile: 

- Analyze Customer problems and providing solutions using the knowledge based

- Assist less experienced representatives as necessary

- Diagnose customer issues through process of elimation by asking probing questions

- Document issues appropriately based on existing guidelines

- Explain service contract provisions to dissatisfied customers

- Provide easily understood answers adapted to the customers situation

- Receive inbound & make Outbound calls and Emails inquiry

- Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedure and follow the scripts

. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

Qualification and requirements: 

- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice

- Ability to use logics and reason to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions.

- A college degree or equivalent

- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and strong typing skills.

- Previous customer service experience, especially in practical industry preferred.

- Strong time management and decision-making skills.

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures

- Take responsibility from time to time

Shifts Timings: - Need to work in Rotational Shifts (No night shifts for female candidates)

Salary: 

- CTC between 2.40- 3 Lacs/-

- Joining- Immediately

- Location-Gurgaon
