The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Handling customer enquiries on phone, chat and email
- Generating and converting leads as well as upselling to existing clients
- Ensuring high-levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively building partnerships with resellers, aggregators and operators
- Connecting to potential clients through Linkedin
The Profile :
- You have at least 2 years in international sales with strong knowledge of telecom, preferably the SMS domain.
- You have a solid understanding of International Enterprise clients
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are willing to work with different time zones
- You are able to build strong relationships and networks.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standards.
- You are a strong team player and can liaise with various stakeholders.
