Roles & Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, follow-ups, and handling leads generated by agencies.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements.
- Arrange meetings with our design team to facilitate detailed requirements discussions
- Convert leads into projects and secure booking amounts to initiate the design process
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process and handover the project to our design team, providing all relevant information and insights
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the project to address any concerns or escalations promptly.
Ideal Candidate profile :
- Excellent communication skills & Approach
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
