Senior Manager - Ecommerce

- Cosmoline Exim LLP, a Cosmetics and beauty products based company, is urgently looking for an . The candidate will be heading the brand for the ecommerce sales on marketplaces & its own website in India.

Prime Responsibilities :

- Sales growth & profitability on marketplaces such as amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, purple etc. through making & executing correct business plan.

- Will formulate the strategies, develop the sales plan and monitor the growth and conduct periodic sales review.

- Managing Brand Credibility on Marketplaces. Build relationships with top E commerce sites and Interacting with Market places.

- Candidate will be responsible for other activities like listing, inventory monitoring, coordinating with dispatch team, getting customer feedback & review.

- Coordinating with marketplace account managers & ensuring smooth operations of ecommerce operations & sales performed by the team.

- Not restricted to above, he/she will also manage :

- The marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions, drive Customer Research and ROI optimization.

- Plan procedure to progress deals Competitor Cost, Investigation Overseeing & Making substance, cataloguing and arrange handling on regular/daily premise.

- Building a strong team and observing its execution, directing and mentoring to induce the leading out of them.

- Report & Analysis on weekly basis of Category / Marketplace performance.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Commercial as well as strategic mind-set and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions

- Proven work (a least of 2 years) as a Group Lead, overseeing expansive groups inside E-commerce, ideally inside fashion/beauty industry with an Omni channel intellect set

- University Degree educated (or equivalent) in business

- Ability to work independently

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- A natural and experience leader that focus on coaching and developing the team to achieve success

Job Location : Netaji Subhash Palace, North West Delhi; On-site opportunity

Shift Timings : 10-6.30pm ; Mon-Sat

CTC : Compensation isn't an imperative for meriting candidates.
