Responsibilities :

1. Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.

5. Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis.

6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to close sales deals.

7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

8. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the [specific industry or field].

2. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

8. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, if required.

9. If Fresher , no need for any prior experience but should have good communication skills and understanding for the process provided by the company .
