Givevalu - Business Development Associate - B2B Marketing & Sales (0-2 yrs)
Looking for BBA/MBA's up to 2 year experience willing to work full time for a start-up firm with passion and sales skills promoting e-commerce procurement solutions catering to the educational /talent management sector.
The selected will work on following during trainee period
- Connect with schools (K-12) get appointments with decision makers, market the product, and create signups/sales/deal closure from school management.
- Generate quality leads, collate /record/track marketing data, make cold calls
- Conduct marketing campaigns /events/workshops at school /parent related locations.
- Conduct signup campaigns for seller's
Based on the performance during the trainee period of 3 months a permanent employment might be offered by the end of probation. Salary ranges from 1.8LK to 7.2LK CTC per year which comprising of fixed and variable components linked to individual performance . The Travel expenses as part of work would be reimbursed on actual if any. A performance based incentives (i.e. number of closure of deals/sales /month) would also be provided on evaluation of performance outcomes. Our employee policies accommodate ESOP options and other incentives for the deserving.
