Summary

At GiveIndia, we've been making incremental efforts to facilitate 'giving' through digital channels, as we saw more and more of our donors go online. However, to really make online giving happen at scale, we are looking to leapfrog and build one of the world's best online giving platforms, and transforming ourselves to a tech-centric product-first company, and to bring delight into giving.

To make this vision a reality, we are looking for a socially-conscious hands-on Enterprise Sales Champion to expand our base of Corporate and Alliance Partners.

- We're looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset, coming from a strong enterprise sales skillset, experience and leadership.

- The RM will represent GiveIndia in the regional market and help grow our footprint.

Skills : Selling to C-suite, solution sales, ability to sell to multiple stakeholders, selling against P/L, negotiating, presenting, closing.

Experience : 


- 5+ years of complex sales, solution sales or C-suite sales experience

- DNA - entrepreneurial, optimistic, resilient, relationship oriented, goal oriented

Responsibilities :

- Identify new business opportunities with potential Corporate + Alliance Partners through personal network, cold-calling and GiveIndia's existing partners

- Create a strong pipeline of potential partners

- Engage with C-suite and/or relevant senior management to pitch GiveIndia's Workplace Giving and Alliances partnership

- Design offerings by analysing partner requirements

- Create strategies to cultivate new opportunities


- Ensure profitability of the product

- Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes

- Ensures the successful launch of programs/campaigns

Qualifications :

- Tier 1 engineering and/or management degree
