GiveIndia - Associate Manager/Manager - Partnership & Engagements (3-9 yrs)

To make this vision a reality, we are looking for a socially-conscious hands-on leader to build, manage and scale our - Workplace Giving- portfolio in Delhi/NCR & Bangalore
At Give, you will-
- Completely own all business metrics (Donation value, donor engagement, retention and churn rates) for the North/West Zone
- Manage existing corporate partnerships, and ensure deeper engagement through marketing campaigns
- Building active pipeline of new partnerships and grow customer portfolio in the region.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of account managers and business development professionals
What you need :
- Bachelors/MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges.
- 2-4 yrs of strong sales/business development/partnerships background
- Passionate to do impactful work, and serve the underprivileged. Social Intent is critical.
- Eager to work in a startup, roll-up-your-sleeves and get-things-done.
- Want to work with one of the best non-profit/startup teams of India
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and don- t mind stretching at work
Location - Bangalore & Delhi/NCR
Reporting to - Head - Corporate Partnerships & Engagement
