1. Recruiting a team of POSP/Wealthbuddy on commission basis and generate the business.
- Handle a Sales Team.
2. Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your POSP/Wealthbuddy.
3. Doing Performance Review of your POSPs.
4. Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
5. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
7. Motivating and training POSP for achieving their respecting business.
