REQUIRED SKILLS :


- The key role of this position is to grow the business through outbound activities generating 200+ Prospect pipeline and ensure Sales team is kept busy with back-to-back Product demos.

- A well-developed sense on the market trends of the industry and suggest best ways to develop the market.

- You should learn the products as used in enterprise environment and be ready to face any queries from Customers.

- Good command over speech to convey what business value the company offers to clients over a phone call. Also the same is expected in email writing.

- On-Line Lead Generation and Management through Cold calling, Social media research through LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. on a monthly, weekly & daily basis. You do not feel satisfied without interacting to at least 10-20 unique leads/Prospects/partners a day.

- Qualifying leads to prospects with a minimum of 20+ prospects a month and identifying suspects faster.

- Effectively able to communicate with prospects with enticing content personalized as per the prospect behaviour and expectations.

- Daily / weekly and monthly reporting with effective next day planning to ensure 100% productivity is must.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION :

- This position requires self-motivation to manage all incoming business queries and ensure conversion of each of those leads into prospect within a stipulated period of time.


- A top networker who can build relationship within the industry easily. You are good at researching and collecting relevant information using various tools like social media, offline resources and other media about target prospects.


- You do not get easily distracted by rejection and use all your communication skills - social, written and spoken along with personalization skills to convince potential prospects and arouse their interest in Casa products and services.


- You should be able to build adequate pipeline of around 200+ prospects using various outbound skills and at any given time schedule at least 15 to 20 demos every month so as to help the sales team achieve their target smoothly.


- You must set objectives, identify opportunities, develop strategies and build action plans to improve short and long-term pipeline strength working closely with sales and business development team.
